About Us

Michele Nicole is the founder of Move The Stone Tees, LLC, a purpose- driven apparel and service-based organization dedicated to helping individuals process life experiences and rediscover connection through guided reflection. Through its signature program, the Reflective Resilience Initiative™ (RRI), the organization provides structured, non-clinical journaling sessions tailored to communities such as veterans, adults aged 55 + better, faith-based organizations, and community outreach programs.

During a season of personal hardship that led to homelessness, she found herself struggling with emotional stagnation and a lack of clarity about her purpose. It was through journaling and a renewed commitment to her faith that she began to process her experiences, rebuild her sense of identity, and reclaim her voice. That personal transformation became the foundation for the RRI framework.

Driven by a deep concern for veterans carrying unprocessed trauma, older adults experiencing isolation, and those who suffer in silence, RRI was created to provide safe, guided spaces for reflection and connection. Her work focuses on helping participants move from isolation to engagement—equipping them to express their thoughts, share their stories without judgment, and reconnect with others in meaningful ways. Through Move The Stone Tees, we are building a model that brings together faith, reflection, and community-based support to create lasting impact.

THE REFLECTIVE RESILIENCE INITIATIVE™ (RRI)

is a structured, non-medical, non-clinical 3 to 7 session guided journaling and reflection framework designed to serve diverse communities, including the RV community, 55 & Better population, Military & Veteran groups, Faith-Based Organizations, Community Outreach Programs, and more. Created by Move The Stone Tees, LLC, this initiative invites participants to pause, reflect on their life journey, and capture the meaningful experiences that have shaped who they are.

By combining intentional reflection with structured journaling, the program encourages individuals to explore both the road behind them and the road ahead—fostering personal growth, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of purpose. Whether traveling across the country, navigating life transitions in later years, or processing experiences shaped by service, participants are guided through a thoughtful process that honors their story while strengthening their path forward.

Through this shared experience, the initiative creates space for reflection, connection, and healing, empowering individuals not only to document their journey—but to understand it better, grow from it, and move forward with clarity, strength, and renewed perspective.

Thank you for being part of the story.
